Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings made on mountbaturtrekkingsunrise.com with PT Bali Ventur Tour (NIB 2301220020185). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

• Bookings require at least 24 hours advance notice.
• After submitting the booking form, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with your booking details.
• Your booking reference is created when your booking is successfully submitted.
• You can choose Book Now & Pay Later and pay by cash or card at the basecamp, or choose Pay Now via Payment Link to receive a secure payment link by email.

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include guide, equipment, breakfast (trekking packages), insurance (age 10+), and taxes.
• Payment options are shown during the booking process. You may choose to pay by cash or card at the basecamp, or receive a secure payment link by email.
• If you choose the payment link option, payment instructions will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

• Trekking packages: participants must be 10–65 years old.
• Jeep Sunrise Tour: participants must be 3–70 years old.
• Customers must disclose relevant medical conditions (heart conditions, asthma, pregnancy, recent surgery) at booking.
• We may refuse participation if we reasonably believe the activity is unsafe for a customer.

Each package and the booking form list exactly what is included. Hotel pickup and the natural hot spring are optional add-ons and are only included if selected during the booking process.

• Pickup times are estimates shared the day before your trip; please be ready 15 minutes early.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate hotel name and address.
• Private pickup cars carry a maximum of 5 passengers; extra cars are arranged automatically for larger groups.
• Self-meet customers receive the meeting point address after booking confirmation.

• Arrive on time and follow guide/driver instructions at all times.
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing; bring personal medication if needed.
• Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Respect the mountain: carry down your trash and follow local customs.

• Treks proceed in light rain at the guide’s discretion.
• If the mountain is officially closed by the local association or authorities (storm, volcanic activity), you receive a full refund or free reschedule — your choice.

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Personal belongings are carried at your own risk.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking and to the extent permitted by Indonesian law.
• We strongly recommend all guests arrange their own travel insurance before the trip.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
